We work on a consultative basis to help clients design trips beyond their wildest dreams. We start with a Discover Call where we uncover travel preferences and desires. From here, we work collaboratively with clients to design and book their dream trip. Not looking for a custom travel itinerary, but still want someone to manage your trip? In addition to planning and booking custom travel itineraries, we can also help clients with hotel consultation and individual hotel bookings for a reduced fee.

Yes, we are a luxury travel consultancy and typically charge an initial engagement fee which varies depending on the service. We invest lots of upfront time with clients to understand how they like to travel and experience the world. We start with a complimentary Discover Call to get to know each other. During this call, we learn about your past travel experiences, wish lists, hobbies, likes/dislikes and your vision for your upcoming trip. We will also discuss how we will work together and review our Trip Design Fee which starts at $500 and is determined based on your specific travel planning needs.

We do not have a minimum spend or minimum stay to book with us. We can plan your getaway whether it’s a long weekend trip or an extended vacation. Our specialty is with four and five star luxury properties and partners. Because of our partnerships, this is where we add the most value. We’re always happy to talk through your travel needs to determine whether we’re the right fit. If we’re unable to service your needs, we will be happy to refer you to someone who can help.

We have an amazing network of villa partners around the world, with exclusive access to private listings. We do not work with rental websites such as VRBO or Airbnb and only use accredited local brokers who visit and maintain their villas to preserve quality control.

Through our partnership with Brownell Travel, we have a dedicated, highly experienced insurance desk that can quote and provide you with different insurance options to meet the specific needs of your trip. Life is unpredictable, and we highly encourage clients to secure a safety net of insurance when booking your travel. If you chose not to purchase insurance from our quotes or elsewhere, we ask that you sign a waiver acknowledging your choice.

We are here to help you navigate any issues that arise during your travels and will do our best to support you and quickly resolve any issues. Our local resources and partners act as boots on the ground for our clients wherever they are traveling, and we're able to connect you with the best resources available if anything unexpected happens.
